🔄 Return & Replacement
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if any units are missing as per your order, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

📹 Mandatory Packet Unboxing Video
To ensure transparency and smooth resolution, customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. The video should clearly show:
✔ The unopened package
✔ The process of opening the package
✔ The contents received
⚠️ No return, refund, or replacement will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.
✅ Conditions for Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only if the product is in saleable condition, with original tags, packaging, and without any damage.
- Replacement is subject to availability of the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection of the returned product.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or missing item), we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
- If you return a product due to personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong product, changed your mind), the reverse shipping charges will be borne by you. These charges depend on location, weight, and courier partner policies.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of approved refunds, only the product value (excluding shipping cost) will be refunded.
📅 Return Timeline
- You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a refund (after deduction of shipping cost).
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
